Our Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) service provides free confidential non-clinical counselling support for children and adolescents of all ethnicities between the ages of 0-19 years of age for those who reside in Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti Coast.
About the Service
We Provide
A community-based, strengths and resilience-focused mental health service delivered in schools, our offices, or other safe, parent-approved venues (for those under 16). Our team includes trained, non-clinical staff and qualified counsellors with expertise in specific areas of counselling.

Each child, adolescent, and young person receives developmentally appropriate support tailored to their needs, cultural identity, family context, and presenting concerns. Our approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-informed practice, promoting safety, resilience, and meaningful engagement in their wellbeing journey.
