Youth Transition

About the Service

Transition into Independence supports our Young People who are leaving Oranga Tamariki care. We work with Young People from the age 15- 21 years old. Our aim is to provide our Young People with the practical life skills to navigate their journey into Adulthood.

• Employment & Education

• Housing

• Health

• Community Resources.
