Te Hapori at Taeaomanino Trust works alongside Oranga Tamariki to support families and their children in navigating complex systems.  The work of Hapori is supporting through linking families to social service support in our wider community.

Referrals into this service are restricted through report of concerns held with Oranga Tamariki Porirua Office.   Families or individuals in Porirua are welcome to call and speak to the Hapori Social Worker to discuss the pathway through to service support.
