Fast-Track is a collaborative effort between agencies in the Hutt Valley to improve access to services and coordination, ensuring tamariki and whānau get timely, effective support.

Referrals into this service is through the Te Potiki o te Waharoa panel, Hutt Valley.  Families living the in Hutt Valley are welcome to call and speak to the FastTrack Social Worker to discuss the pathway through to service support.
