Secretary - Taeaomanino Trust Board

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Board Minute Secretary to join and support our governance team and help drive our mission forward.  The Minute Secretary will work closely with the Board of Directors, Chair and Chairs of sub-committees. The Board Minute Secretary role is to provide professional, confidential record keeping and taking and producing accurate minutes to the Board of Directors for Taeaomanino Trust and sub-committee Chairs. 

This role reports to primarily the Board Chair with a secondary line of responsibility to the deputy Chair of the Taeaomanino Trust Governance Board

We are looking for someone with the following abilities to support the smooth operations of our board:

• Good understanding of best practice in relation to Governance record keeping and minutes

• Proven track record in the accurate and timely taking of formal minutes ensuring that decisions are recorded accurately

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Effective community and interpersonal skills

• Experience collating and preparing committee supporting documentation

• Technical proficiency in online meeting tools, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, including booking and facilitating meetings.
