Whânau Ora

Whanau Ora embraces the warmth of our Pasifika and Maori cultures, nurturing family wellbeing through a holistic approach. Our dedicated navigators walk alongside families, offering support and kindness as they pursue their dreams and aspirations. We ensure that all their needs are met by providing in-house services and reaching out to external resources when required.

Counselling Services

Alcohol & Drug Counselling

Provides a confidential, counselling and support to help reduce excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs, and their associated injuries, violence and other harm it causes..

Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

Provides a confidential, counselling community mental health service for Pacific children and adolescents between 0-19 years.

Enhanced Primary and Community Support for People Experiencing Substance Related Harm (EPAC)

Our Family Violence Service provides a response to child abuse prevention and domestic violence.

Family Start

The Family Start programme supports families/whanau who are struggling with challenges or problems that put health, education and social outcomes for their children at risk. 

Home Based

Home-base service delivers support and services to families who have children 0-17 years of age.

Tausi Le Va

a dedicated health and wellbeing programme for parents, caregivers, and children under five.

Youth Transition

Youth Transition assists young people aged 15–21 leaving Oranga Tamariki care to build the practical skills needed for adulthood.

Fast Track

Fast-Track is a collaborative effort between agencies to improve access to services and coordination, ensuring tamariki and whānau get timely, effective support.

Social Workers in Schools (SWIS)

The aim of the Social Work programme is to enhance life outcomes for children whose social and family circumstances place at risk their chances of achieving good education, social and health outcomes.
